Portuguese bubbles / Espumante

Each country its own bubbles. Champagne from France, Cava from Spain and ESPUMANTE from PORTUGAL. Just a variation of Champagne but with Portuguese grapes. A lot cheaper and always the taste of fully ripe grapes.

The wine type with the most uses, in other words if you're at a loss for words pull the bubbles out of the cooler.

Our Portuguese bubbles are made from the following indigenous grape varieties; MARIA GOMES, Bical, Baga and Sercialinho.
