In its youngest form delicious to drink on its own, as an accompaniment to salads, smoked salmon, cheese fondue, cheese board and last but not least fish, and shell - seafood.
Our Portuguese wines are all made from Indigenous grape varieties such as there are; Alvarinho, Antão Vaz, Arinto, Avesso, Azal, Bical, Boal, Cercial, Encruzado, Fernão Pires, also known as MARIA GOMES in the Bairrada, Folgasão, Gouveio, Galego Dourado, Malvasia, Moscatel, Rabigato, Rabo de Ovelha, Sercial, Trajadura, Verdelho and Viosinho.
